How it works

Fidova sits in the middle of a deal, so neither side has to trust a stranger first.

Agree the deal

The buyer and seller agree what's being sold, the price, and who pays the Fidova fee.

Buyer pays Fidova

The buyer pays by card, bank transfer or Fidova wallet. Fidova holds the money; the seller can see it's secured.

Seller delivers

The seller ships the item or provides the service, and marks the order as delivered.

Seller gets paid

The buyer confirms they're happy and the money is released to the seller. If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute.

Built for everyday online trade

For people buying from Instagram, WhatsApp and Twitter vendors, and for the vendors who want buyers to trust them.

Protected payments

Money is only released to the seller after delivery: when the buyer confirms, when the confirmation window ends without a dispute, or when a dispute is resolved.

Fidova wallet

Fund your wallet, pay for orders, receive payments and withdraw to your Nigerian bank account.

Merchant profiles

Sellers can set up a business profile and list their products, so buyers know who they're dealing with.

Fair disputes

If an order isn't delivered or isn't as described, our team reviews the case before any money moves.

Clear fees

1.5% per order: never less than ₦100, never more than ₦10,000. Shown before you pay, and buyer or seller can choose who covers it.

Secure by design

Payments go through a licensed payment provider, and your data is encrypted. Accounts are protected with verified phone numbers and one-time codes.
